We actually found out about the group because Jennifer has spent a good amount of time studying with Brian Clarke in Ireland. We met David because we bought a set of stakes from him and it turns out the house we bought is very close to his studio. When Brian cancelled his class at Studio In The Woods this past may, David mentioned the group to Jennifer and one of the names he mentioned was Zahava (no last name). I remembered you were a metalsmith and was sure there weren't many Zahavas around. My focus for the past eight years has been Mokume-Gane and Jen has been making vessels using the material for several years now. I am constantly reminded how small this world is! It seems as though our paths will certainly cross again, and without much effort. Great to hear from you and I hope to see you again in the very near future.

Hello Zahava,
I have not seen you in many years and I hope you are well. I'm sure you remember me, as I spent a great deal of time at your home growing up with Avi. I have recently moved back to Canada after living in Italy with my wife and thought I might reach out to reconnect with you. I have been working as a goldsmith for almost ten years and was delighted to see your name on the MAG member list when I recently joined. My wife Jennifer is a silversmith and we are currently putting the finishing touches on our studio in Caledon. Are you by chance part of a group called the "Spoon Bashers"? Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Sincerely, Ezra
