Muskoka business for sale

Hello everyone,
I received this notice from a couple interested in selling their business in Muskoka.

We would like to retire and relax, therefore we are selling our metal arts studio/shop in downtown Huntsville, Muskoka.
Hunstville is hosting the G8 Summit in 2010 and is a bustling progressive town of 18,000 people with a very diverse arts community.
Our store is from the early 1900's and has always been a jewellery store. We have a full metals arts studio in the rear and a boutique-like shop in the front. The building also has an apartment which is 1000 sq feet, good as a residence or as an investment property. The building is on the main street and backs onto the Muskoka River. We renovated and updated the shop in 2005
